First, we say we’re sorry. Next, for all prints you would like a refund on, we ask that you make them unusable. Do so by either cutting out a small section (approximately 4” x 4”) from the center of each canvas or, use a marker and put a big "X" on the canvas. Then, simply take a photo of the unusable item(s), i.e. the ones you cut out a section from or marked with an "X", and make sure that the photo shows the full front of the items in question. Finally attach the photos to the Refund contact form at this link: Contact Us, and upon receipt, we will refund you for the item(s) you’ve asked for a refund on. We even refund your original shipping costs! What’s not to love?
Our systems and team members do their best to try and spot problems before we print anything, but we never wish to interfere with the way you’ve designed your canvas print. (You’re the artist and we’re just the magic canvas makers!)
But hey, even Picasso bungled a few. Maybe your cropping wasn’t perfect. Maybe you uploaded the wrong version of a photo. Maybe you changed your mind about that hair style from 2002, or you didn’t notice the marinara sauce on your shirt until you printed a wall-sized canvas. We totally get it! And while we can’t go back in time and change your hair or give you a napkin, we can definitely do our very best to help you smile again.
